If you wish to delete your Masaluma (masaluma dev team) account and associated data, you can request this without logging into the app. Please follow the steps below to initiate your data deletion request.

Hesabınızın silinmesini talep etmek için aşağıdaki yöntemlerden birini kullanabilirsiniz: You can use one of the following methods to request the deletion of your account:
- E-posta Yoluyla: Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden admin@masaluma.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" başlıklı bir e-posta gönderin. Via Email: Send an email to admin@masaluma.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- İletişim Formu ile: İletişim Sayfamızdaki formu doldurarak silme talebinizi iletebilirsiniz. Mesajınıza hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresini eklemeyi unutmayın. Via Contact Form: Fill out the form on our Contact Page to submit your deletion request. Do not forget to include the email address associated with your account in your message.
- Uygulama İçinden: Masaluma uygulamasında Ayarlar (Settings) > "Hesabı ve Verileri Sil" (Delete Account and Data) adımlarını izleyerek doğrudan işlem başlatabilirsiniz. From Within the App: In the Masaluma app, you can go to Settings > "Delete Account and Data" to directly initiate the process.
Silinen ve Saklanan Veriler Data Deleted and Retained
Hesap silme talebiniz işleme alındığında şu işlemler gerçekleşir: When your account deletion request is processed, the following actions will take place:
- Silinen Veriler: E-posta adresiniz, kullanıcı ID'niz, oluşturduğunuz hikaye paketleri, ses kayıtlarınız ve kişisel tercihleriniz sunucularımızdan tamamen ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Deleted Data: Your email address, user ID, generated story packages, voice recordings, and personal preferences will be completely and permanently deleted from our servers.
- Saklanan Veriler ve Süresi: Güvenlik ve dolandırıcılığı önleme amacıyla anonimleştirilmiş bazı günlük (log) ve kullanım metrikleri sistemlerimizde 30 güne kadar tutulabilir. Abonelik ve satın alma işlemlerinizle ilgili finansal veriler, vergi ve mali yasal yükümlülükler gereği Apple App Store, Google Play Store veya RevenueCat tarafından kendi saklama sürelerine (genellikle 7 yıla kadar) uygun olarak saklanmaya devam edebilir. Retained Data and Retention Period: For security and fraud prevention purposes, some anonymized log and usage metrics may be kept in our systems for up to 30 days. Financial data related to your subscriptions and purchases may continue to be retained by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat in accordance with their respective retention periods (often up to 7 years) due to tax and financial legal obligations.
